Responsibilities:

The Die Cutting Supervisor position is responsible for day to day operation of the plant and department specifically quality NC's, scheduling, safety audits, crew meetings and CTI.

The supervisor coordinates and supervises all production activities on schedule and optimizes production (planning work interruptions, implementing systems, structures, tools, work methods, etc.) while never losing sight of deadlines, costs, quality and H&S.

Skills:

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
Proficient in basic math calculations for measurements and material quantities
Knowledge of fabrication techniques, tooling, and assembly processes
Experience with quality control procedures and ensuring product compliance
Excellent communication skills to effectively convey instructions and provide feedback
