This position will be responsible for identifying prospects, establishing, and enhancing relationships with potential and existing clients, and providing exceptional client service throughout their designated region.
Responsibilities
- Develop the Sales force across the company through implementation of sales methodologies, training and best practices.
- Identify and document specific Sales goals consistent with the Branch and Regional growth strategies.
- Direct and coordinate all Sales activities to achieve Branch, Regional and Corporate growth targets.
- Manage and develop corresponding Sales & Marketing plans and execution efforts to enhance business relationships with current customers.
- Present proposals to clients and respond to inquiries.
- Manage Sales cycle to close new business in all products and services offered.
- Establish relationships with new customers.
- Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls.
- Prepare professional, complete, concise, and accurate reports, presentations, proposals, booking packages, and other documentation as required.
- Keep up to date on industry Sales efforts and programs in the branch territory.
- Function as a company representative at community and business events or activities.
Qualifications
- 710 years of Sales experience required.
- Proven Sales & Marketing executive with vast experience in growing and developing a sales force, preferably in a branch or branchlike environment.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is required.
- Previous experience in the construction industry is an asset.
- Proven organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent oral and written skills to effectively communicate corporate business strategy to all levels within the company.
- Strong leadership abilities to inspire and coach employees to accomplish strategic goals.
- Ability to present a professional image and to encourage subordinates to do the same.
- Ability to create and communicate corporate strategic direction,
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships.
- Strong negotiation and presentations skills.
- Excellent understanding of the Sales process with the ability to generate leads, close deals and deliver results.
- Valid driver's license.
