We have a highly talented and dedicated team, and we are looking for a Chief Growth and Revenue Officer (CGRO) to join us and drive our growth to the next level.

Help us triple revenues in three years.


Location:
Montreal or Remote


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive growth and revenue strategy that aligns with the company's vision and mission.
  • Drive customer acquisition and engagement initiatives, including lead generation, digital marketing, and sales efforts.
  • Work closely with the product team to identify and prioritize product improvements and new features that will drive customer value and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling messaging, branding, and positioning that differentiates the company and its products in the market.
  • Manage and mentor the sales, customer success, and business development teams to ensure that they are aligned with the growth and revenue strategy, and that they are executing effectively and efficiently.
  • Monitor key performance metrics, including revenue, customer acquisition cost, customer lifetime value, and customer satisfaction, and adjust the growth and revenue strategy as needed.
  • Represent the company to customers, partners, investors, and the industry, and build strong relationships that will help drive growth and revenue.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Engineering).
  • 10+ years of experience in growth and revenue roles, with a proven track record of scaling B2B SaaS businesses.
  • Strong understanding of the compliance software industry, and familiarity with the regulatory landscape.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, problemsolving, and decisionmaking skills.
  • Outstanding leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and datadriven mindset, with experience using data to inform growth and revenue decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
