The Role


As an Inside Sales Representative at Ocean Ridge Recycling, you will work on inbound and outbound leads to acquire new suppliers as well as buyers for a variety of paper and plastic commodities.

You will become an expert advising companies on their recycling strategy, with the opportunity to make a significant impact on their business.

It is a target focused environment where you will work to achieve sales goals while being part of a larger sales team responsible for growing the overall customer base


Skills Required:


  • Understanding of the sales cycles including prospecting, communication & negotiations
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Reliable, dependable with a strong work ethic
  • Analytical and creative thinking, ability to solve problems
  • Proactive, organized, responsible, proven ability to work well with a team
  • Willingness to learn and a professional attitude

Qualifications Required

  • Ability to speak, read and write English fluently
  • You are familiar with Google Docs and Sheets and/or Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Team player with analytical and problemsolving communication skills
  • Passionate about sales, technology, and the internet
  • Experience using CRM software such as Hubspot is a plus
  • Extremely high attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and complete daily tasks with mínimal supervision
  • BA/BS or equivalent degree

Your Responsibilities

  • Nurture new relationships with suppliers as well as buyer and take through the sales pipeline
  • Qualify and manage inbound and outbound lead

Salary:
$17.00-$18.00 per hour
