Description

The primary duties of the Receptionist include:

  • Greet all guests, visitors and staff in a professional and courteous manner;
  • Answer phones, open and deliver mail, and coordinate courier services;
  • Maintain all common areas in a neat and tidy fashion;
  • Process debit and credit card payments;
  • Maintain staff logbook to uphold internal safety protocols;
  • Log in client year end records and personal taxes;
  • Collating personal tax returns and other miscellaneous documents;
  • Tracking the status of client documents;
  • Prepare invoices and order needed supplies; e.g. stationary, food orders, etc.
  • Proactively manage client inquiries;
  • Assist with management of marketing materials and inventory;
  • Actively participate in the planning and execution of company events; and
  • Assist remote staff/teams and contractors by tracking and coordinating the delivery of both electronic and hard copy client records and acting as a liaison to ensure smooth execution of client service.

What you will bring:

This position requires 1 year work experience in customer service and/or in an professional office environment. Ideal applicants will be approachable, demonstrate active listening skills and be resourceful by sharing information to improve team results.

Position:
Full-Time


Salary: 29-37$CAD per hour
