Position Overview:


As our Restaurant & Bar Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of our operations, ensuring exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

From managing both front and back-of-house staff to coordinating events and enforcing safety protocols, you'll be at the heart of our dynamic team.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Supervise and lead both front and backofhouse teams
  • Handle product ordering and pickups as needed
  • Create and manage staff schedules
  • Adequately staff all positions and manage personal as needed
  • Manage cash outs and other monetary related tasks
  • Provide coverage for shifts as required
  • Organize live entertainment and special events
  • Enforce AGLC laws and workplace health and safety protocols
  • Ensure proper equipment function and maintenance

Qualifications:


  • Minimum 5 years of serving experience, with strong bartending skills
  • Proven ability to effectively manage teams and resolve conflicts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
  • Valid ProServe certification and driver's license
  • 35 years of restaurant and bar management experience preferred
  • Education in hospitality management is a plus
