Job Summary
The Senior Human Resource Information System (HRIS) Analyst provides subject matter expertise across a broad range of strategic HR initiatives.The role collaborates closely with team members, vendors, and cross-functional partners to coordinate and deliver HR technology projects while configuring, supporting, and optimizing HR platforms such as Cornerstone On Demand (CSOD), SAP SuccessFactors—including its recruitment, performance, talent succession—Percipio/Skillsoft Cority OHS ServiceNow HRSD Sodales GMS.
