About the role:

***We are looking for a collaborative and highly engaged Vendor Coordinator for the Lunchbox Program. Lunchbox is a fundraising lunch module available for free within SchoolCash Online. We do all the administrative management and marketing for the program. We organize, pay and manage the lunch vendors.


As a Vendor Coordinator, you will help source and qualify new vendors for the Lunchbox by SchoolCash Online (LBSCO) line of business and be the support between vendor, schools and customer support.


What You'll Do:


  • Research new restaurant locations across Canada
  • Liaison support between vendors, schools and customer support centre
  • Updating new vendor information in our data base
  • Reviewing vendor Contracts and creating vendor reports
  • Call restaurants owners and managers to market the LBSCO program
  • Provide information and answer questions about the Lunchbox by SchoolCash Online program
  • Qualify restaurants to ensure they meet the LBSCO program requirements
  • Confirm restaurant participation and secure menu and pricing information
  • Manage and correspond with current vendor partners daily
  • Other duties and projects as assigned

  • Extremely efficient at multitasking and detail oriented
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Salesforce.
