Job summary
The Game Operations Director leads all live operations across two games: Big Fish Casino (BFC) and Jackpot Magic Slots (JMS). In this role you will set the strategy lead all aspects of execution and drive performance across game events monetization content lifecycle programming and player communications.This is a senior leadership position with direct influence on business performance and long-term player value.
Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the long-term GameOps strategy for BFC and JMS in alignment with product strategic pillars and commercial goals.
- Set annual quarterly objectives for GameOps ensure they support revenue direct to consumer DTC share and player satisfaction.
