Job Summary
The Director LiveOps leads all live operations across two games: Big Fish Casino (BFC) and Jackpot Magic Slots (JMS). This role partners across functions and teams to deliver a unified live-ops plan that delights our players.
You will lead the GameOps team of 8 members (5 direct reports), strengthen operational excellence,
and deliver meaningful revenue and retention impact across both games.
