Who we need:


The Enrollment Services Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the administration of the admissions operation for Yorkville University and Toronto Film School.

This includes the processing and administration of admission files and the movement of files between the Enrollment Office, Academics and Admissions Committees.

Additionally, this role assists in coordinating admissions events such as open houses, showcases and student orientations.

What you will do:


  • Build hard/soft copy of student files by collecting all relevant data, enter student records into appropriate database ensuring accuracy and compliance of all files
  • Ensure the data in Salesforce matches the data in the student information system
  • Administer and process all admission files and student information
  • Coordinate, organize, attend admissions events
  • Coordinate and plan orientation for each start date
  • Report on admissions related data and activity as required

What you bring:


  • Degree preferred, preferably in Business, Marketing or a related field
  • One to two year's experience in education administration or admissions.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience working with databases, CRM's or SIS systems preferred
  • Strong attention to detail, organization and meticulous record keeping
  • Able to work a flexible schedule in a fastpaced environment
