    Description

    Responsabilités et tâches:

    • Interpréter les dessins, schémas et diagrammes d'assemblage électromécanique.
    • Sertir différents types de fils et câbles de dimensions variées.
    • Installer des câbles, faisceaux et sous-ensembles selon les repères et schémas.
    • Réaliser l'assemblage mécanique de condensateurs et réacteurs.
    • Réaliser des tresses manuelles ou mécaniques pour les ordres de travail.
    • Assembler, ajuster et installer des pièces sur des batteries de condensateurs.
    • Modifier ou ajuster des pièces électromécaniques complexes.

    Mécanique:

    • Construire/assembler des panneaux et boîtiers électriques.
    • Utiliser l'équipement de l'atelier d'usinage (scie à ruban, perceuse à colonne, pliage du métal).
    • Installer des composants pesant jusqu'à 50 livres (pour l'électronique de puissance).
    • Couper/serrer des câbles de toutes tailles pour le câblage de puissance.
    • Vérifier les dimensions des pièces à l'aide d'instruments de mesure.
    • Utiliser des outils portatifs comme des pinces coupantes et sertisseuses.

    Électricité:

    • Lire les schémas électriques et plans d'ensemble.
    • Utiliser des équipements de soudure pour installer des pièces électroniques.
    • Expérience des équipements de test électrique.
