About Us:

Sun Valley has been doing business in the Okanagan since 1990, cleaning windows on high-end homes, strata complexes and commercial buildings.

About the job:
Start Time: 7:30AM - 4:30/5:00PM, Monday - Friday
- opportunity for overtime and weekend hours available (April

• October)

- must be able to learn the skills for window cleaning, gutter cleaning, moss removal, pressure washing
- working outdoors in all elements - sun, rain, wind, cold
- working indoors - customer service, thoughtfulness, tact

• Work sites span Kelowna, Vernon, Kamloops, and Penticton. Company vehicles provided.

Minimum qualifications:
- comfortable working at heights on ladders
- willingness to learn new skills and take direction
- good at multi-tasking and thinking ahead
- valid drivers license & clean drivers abstract (N is okay)
- work well in a team environment as well s individually
- good at problem solving
- physically able to lift and carry equipment up to 50 lbs, like ladders, buckets of water and hoses
- customer service experience an asset

Additional and beneficial qualifications (but not required):

• experience with extension ladders

- boom lift operator certifications
- experience working with a service company - carpentry, painting, landscaping, house cleaning, etc.
- previous fall arrest/fall restraint training
- first aid training


Pay offered:

• From $21+ per hour, pay will depend upon qualifications and experience.
• Full benefits are available after 3 months of employment
• Raises are performance based.

Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Seasonal

Contract length: 8 months

Part-time hours: 20-40 per week
