Job summary
The sourcing manager at Goodfood Market is responsible for the procurement of food items and it's day-to-day activities. He/she makes sure the team operates efficiently and that the purchasing activities are profitable, exceed quality standards and get completed in a timely manner.Responsibilities
- Develop sourcing strategies and help the procurement team meet company objectives regarding food cost budget, inbound logistics and product quality/quantity;
- Ensure procurement team is hitting KPI's such as food cost per portion, length of purchasing cycle, inventory levels, product specifications and fill rates;
