Summer Fresh Salads is a leading manufacturer of hummus, dips, and salads in Canada. We currently have an opening for an Accounts Payable Clerk. Verify approval on all invoices and cheque requests- Code invoices
- Able to process and enter invoices
- Update and maintain vendor database
- Reconcile vendor statements
- Ability to process and follow up on rush items
- Maintain accounts payable files
- Other projects and other duties/responsibilities as assigned.
- Education/Experience/Skills:
- Post-secondary education in accounting
- Experience with accounts payable, exposure to accounts receivable an asset
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fastpaced environment
- Detail oriented
- Able to meet deadlines
- Good communication skills (oral and written)
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word and Excel),
- Experience with an ERP an asset
- Positive and professional demeanor.
- Ability to act with discretion, patience and diplomacy.
- Effective team player.
