Your future duties and responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:
Identify and cultivate new client relationships and partnerships to expand the practice.

Collaborate with the digital trust practice leader, the innovations and research lead, and the DTCoE to create go-to-market strategies for our products.

Product Strategy:

Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for our digital trust and verifiable credentials products, aligning them with our company's vision and goals.

Project Leadership:
Lead and mentor cross-functional teams of product managers, engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to drive project success.

Verifiable Credentials:

Leverage your expertise in verifiable credentials to define product features, functionality, and security measures that meet industry standards and customer needs.

Digital Trust:

Develop and maintain a deep understanding of digital trust challenges, market trends, and emerging technologies to drive product innovation.

Roadmap Development:

Create and manage product roadmaps, balancing short-term and long-term objectives while prioritizing features based on customer feedback and market demands.

Stakeholder Communication:
Effectively communicate project status, progress, and milestones to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Risk Management:

Identify and proactively address potential project risks, taking necessary steps to mitigate and resolve issues that may arise during product development.

Quality Assurance:
Implement robust quality assurance processes to deliver high-quality, secure, and reliable products to customers.

Budget Management:
Manage project budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost control throughout the product development lifecycle.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

Experience Required:

Minimum of 10 years in project/product management
Bachelor's degree in a related field; a certification in product design, prototyping, and testing is a plus.
Project Management Professional (PMP) designation is required.
Agile certification: At least two of the relevant agile certifications is required (e.g., PMI-ACP, SAFe POPM, SAFe APM, SAFe SPC). SAFe SPC is a plus.
Proven track record in managing and delivering complex digital trust and verifiable credentials products.
Strong understanding of blockchain technology, decentralized identity, and digital trust principles; Certification in

Hyperledger Sovereign Identity Blockchain Solutions:
Indy, Aries & Ursa is a plus.

Proficiency in agile methodologies and project management tools. Experience using Atlassian Jira project management tool to create, maintain tickets, generate reports.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problemsolving abilities.
