    What the Contracts Negotiator/Sr. Contracts Negotiator Will Do
    The Contracts Negotiator's/Sr. Contracts Negotiator's main responsibility will be to support 's U.S. Sales organizations in structuring commercial transactions, and drafting and negotiating commercial agreements. More specifically, the Contracts Negotiator/Sr. Contracts Negotiator will:
    • Negotiate and draft master subscription agreements, and other types of agreements with customers in support of U.S. Sales organizations;
    • Partner with revenue recognition, sales operations, technology operations, and other stakeholder teams to ensure agreements are consistent with internal corporate policies and processes;
    • Team up with in-house attorneys to obtain any required approvals from internal stakeholders and optimize support to the business; and
    • Assist with improving standard form agreements and legal processes that scale globally.
    • Please note this is not a practicing counsel role.

    • Strong desire to take initiative and work independently, when needed, to problem-solve effectively
    • Intellectual curiosity and interest in the technology industry
    • Ability to organize, prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast and demanding work environment
    • Ability to quickly establish and consistently maintain collaborative working relationships with internal clients and Legal team colleagues
    • Sense of humor a plus
