The Manitoba Health Innovation Team is looking for a Website Manager.
The Innovation Team is responsible for the continuous improvement of the Department's people, processes and policies, leading strategic policy, planning and implementation for a range of operational and corporate support activities, including:
- Departmentwide ICT projects and systems.
- Quality and continuous improvement projects.
- Business continuity planning.
- Employee engagement and development.
- Diversity and inclusion activities.
- Strategic enterprisewide space planning.

Qualifications:
Essential:
- Postsecondary education and training in an information technology related discipline. A related combination of education, training and experience may be considered.
- Significant experience in programming, systems analysis and development in a multiuser, multiplatform, networked environment.
- Extensive experience in a webbased technical environment, including the use of development tools such as: HTML, JavaScript, SQL, CSS; Object Oriented design and development; web page design and development; and relational database management systems (e.g. Oracle).
- Strong interpersonal skills to work cooperatively in a team.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple and competing deadlines.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Strong verbal communication skills to be able to communicate ideas and solutions.
