- Vitals / Business KPIs – review the data / information and identify tasks / areas of improvement that all teams across sales, procurement, logistics can take. Follow up and monitor ensuring all tasks are completed
- Packaging – Monitor cost of packaging by SKU in conjunction with finance and packaging team. Review inventory at growers and our own DCs, be the key SME from the Berry team to help develop the source to grower model for Mexico and govern new items ensuring costs are reasonable and impact to grower network is clear
- Freight – Review truck utilization and drive initiatives to reduce freight costs inbound and outbound and optimize the network. Develop the 'hub and spoke' supply chain in Mexico with the procurement team (including, but not limited to, help to plan 'direct shipments' from farms to customer DCs)
- Design and implement all key operating procedures with RACI matrix
- Management of all customer / event berry sample process, ensuring orders are fulfilled to time and quality
- Support the executive team in board and senior executive presentation material when required
- Undertake ad-hoc operations projects as and when required
- Bachelor's degree in from an accredited University/college is required
- Previous experience within operations and/or supply chain, dealing with multiple stakeholders on a daily basis
- Strong range of communication skills
- Ability to influence decision making
- Accustomed to prioritisation and working on a number of tasks at once
- Proven time management skills and meeting time critical deadlines
- Great stakeholder engagement and management skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Working conditions are normal for an office environment
- Will work in refrigerated warehouse environment periodically as per necessary
- Use of company computer
- Able to travel between Canada and the US periodically

Our Head office based in Kingsville, ON is currently seeking an Operations Analyst to join our Berryworld team This role is responsible for coordinating operations, procurement, sales and finance on key initiatives for cost reduction and business improvement across the entire supply chain. You will also ensure clear accountability of key business functions related to the delivery of high-quality product to the customer. This will include a continuous improvement approach and performance measurement. Designing and implementing key Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to create standardized operations with clear accountabilities to support explosive top line growth
