Operations include two manufacturing plants located in Edmonton and Customer Solution Centres located in Langley, Edmonton, Calgary, Lethbridge, Red Deer, Saskatoon, Regina, and Winnipeg.

We are currently recruiting for a
Service Technician III for our
Winnipeg Customer Solutions Center.

This individual is responsible for making local and out of town service calls to do on-site repairs, completing paperwork in customers' homes on All Weather Windows products (windows and doors) and operating a company truck.

In this position, you will be responsible for:

Operating a service truck and service local calls in homes and businesses
Installation and repair of windows and doors in homes and businesses
Onsite repair of product and installation of Glass and site glazing
Replacing sealed units and door slabs, making screens, adjusting windows and doors, and replacing casings
Performing heavy lifting of glass to complete site glazing
Inspecting job sites, measuring sealed units and replacing capping and caulking
Maintaining detailed paperwork
Handling onsite problems as they occur
Representing All Weather Windows in professional and courteous manner
Complying with all Health & Safety regulations
Performing in shop service work
Shipping and Receiving in Service
Training Service Assistant
Performing other duties as required

Primary Qualifications Required:

35 years' experience in a related and/or similar role
Experienced technician with indepth product knowledge preferred
Mechanical aptitude, skill and experience with hand tools
Good customer relations, written and verbal communication skills
Innovative and problemsolving skills
Mechanically inclined and able to work on scaffolding at heights over 12 feet
Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs
Must be a team player and able to work with mínimal supervision
Flexible and adaptable in any situation
Must be able to work with mínimal supervision
Position will require working overtime and short notice
Travel may be required
Must have a valid Class 5 Driver's License and acceptable Driver's Abstract
Must pass preemployment Drug & Alcohol Testing
