Purpose of the Position
Aecon is currently seeking an


Key Responsiblities

  • Monitor manufacturing performance, schedule, costs, equipment, manpower, equipment maintenance, safety, and quality control.
  • Responsible for supporting tender review and material compliance with owner specifications.
  • Provide HMA mix costing and design submittal, responsible for asphalt and aggregate sales and pricing, liaise with customers to maximize asphalt sales revenue.
  • Plan and maintain winter maintenance budget.
  • Compile various cost and production reports and champion month end financial review for aggregate and asphalt ACML business.
  • Maintain and build customer relationships.

Required Knowledge and Experience

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in construction/materials.
  • Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience.
  • Postsecondary education in engineering is considered an asset.
  • Strong communication skills oral and written.
  • Ability to work well with others as a team.
  • Valid G class driver's license.
  • Open to travel to project sites across Ontario as required.
