    What you will do

    We're looking for an experienced developer who loves learning and building things with JavaScript to join our team. You'll plan and build robust systems that scale and, most importantly, make our customers happy. Joining us as an experienced developer you'll be designing, experimenting, testing, and building new solutions and extending existing ones. We've got some big plans and you'll be participating in their execution from day one. Your focus will be the Bridgit Bench React/Redux-based web client, with some exposure to GraphQL services.

    You can expect to work on Bridgit Bench which:

    • Runs on AWS
    • Leverages both GraphQL and REST APIs
    • Presents as a modern React/Redux SPA web client
    • Is made up of services running TypeScript, C# (.NET Core), and Go
    • Runs in Kubernetes on infrastructure managed as code with Terraform
    • Is continually deployed to production via automated CI/CD pipelines and trunk-based branching

    Does that sound like you? Great Here's what else you'll need:

    • Experience building quality software with a solid understanding of JS (and, ideally React & Redux, leveraging REST and GraphQL APIs)
    • A desire to teach and learn from your peers
    • Experience developing and shipping SaaS products
    • A desire to be part of a strong team
    • Experience developing & debugging single page web applications (SPAs)
    • You know how to make the CSS and HTML behave and maybe even bend to your will
    • Exposure to/interest in building and maintaining distributed systems (services, microservices)
    • A desire to stay up to date on current technologies and development methods
    • A degree/diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or ample practical experience
