As our Controller, you are team-focused and would share our vision and growth strategy as an integral member of the finance team.

Ideally you have or are working towards an accounting designation and are interested in being the go-to finance resource in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Excellent communication, organization and time-management skills are required.

Your role will entail finding ways to support and deliver our growth strategy by assisting the CFO in preparing financial statements and associated reporting and reconciliations.

The Role
Reporting to the CFO you will be an integral member of the finance team. You have a reputation for being reliable, detail-oriented, and highly organized.


Essential responsibilities include:

  • Monthly financial statement preparation and management reporting
  • Cash flow management
  • Payroll preparation
  • Bank reconciliation and government filings
  • Budget and forecast preparation
  • Working with our administrative team, with oversight of inventory, AR, and AP
  • Supporting role to HR function, including pension and benefits administration

About you:


  • You have 5+ years' experience working in an accounting/finance role
  • You have completed or are working towards CPA considered an asset
  • You have experience working with various accounting systems
  • You have payroll experience
  • You have a strong work ethic and ability to meet tight timelines
  • You have a love of numbers and what drives those numbers
