Previous experience in sales, preferably in the home building materials industry or a related field.
Strong knowledge of home building materials, including lumber, roofing, insulation, windows, doors, flooring, and other relevant products
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Knowledge and/or experience with quotes
Excellent communication, organization, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Selfmotivated and able to work independently
Strong presentation and public speaking skills
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed
