Description
As part of the Business Excellence & Execution Team, this internship will focus on supporting the business operations team.- Monitor and report insights on customer engagement & omni-channel trends

  • Organize internal ad boards & surveys to gather enduser feedback from multiple initiative launches or tool deployments
  • Provides support for communication plans to internal stakeholders about innovative solutions for the business
  • Lead process mapping & documentation projects

Minimum requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in progress in related field (Business, Marketing) is required
  • Strong leadership skills (leadership without authority) and ability to set a clear direction, manage multifunctional extended teams and network effectively
  • Demonstrate advanced communication skills, and solid presentation skills.
  • Bilingual: English and French
