Complete Energy Solutions is seeking an energetic, motivated and career-minded
Pump and Motor Technician to be responsible for performing onsite maintenance to HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) systems and equipment.

He/she will perform highly diversified duties to replace, troubleshoot, repair and maintain equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance.

The Pump and Motor Technician will also be responsible for keeping work areas clean and orderly and maintaining an inventory of parts and tools.

Other duties will be assigned as necessary.

Here's What You'll Get to Do:


  • Conduct scheduled/preventative maintenance to pumps and motors onsite.
  • Replace seals, gaskets and bearing assemble.
  • Install new
    pump assemblies and repipe supply
    and discharge lines

  • Complete
    Hydronic system troubleshooting to diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.

Pressure regulators inspections and rebuilding as required.

  • Set up and take down rigging to perform motor and pump alignment as required
  • Maintain accurate records and complete work orders as per requirements.
  • Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
  • Keep current with ongoing changes and new technology and adapt accordingly.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned or needed.

Here's What You'll Bring to the Role:


  • Experience in replacement, repair and maintenance of mechanical building systems Pumps and Motors
  • Highly motivated and able to work independently.
  • Ability to comprehend and communicate detailed instructions orally and in writing.
  • Ability to maintain organization of maintenance schedule and files in a changing environment.
  • Exhibit initiative, responsibility, flexibility, and leadership.
  • Knowledge of local, provincial, and federal workplace compliance regulations, and legislation
  • Possess a valid Gclass driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Excellent time management and project management skills.
  • High level of sound and independent judgment and reasoning.
  • Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally.
