- Strong experience in Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall
- Strong knowledge of GMP: solid, semi-solid, liquid dosages manufacturing & packaging, Sterile product is a plus.

- Technically skilled with various software programs, including but not limited to Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio), Microsoft Projects, ASANA, Trackwise, Sciforma and Lucid Chart

The PMO Manager reports to the Director Supply Chain & PMO and is responsible for managing complex projects in domestic, regional and/or international contexts, as well as leading a team of Project Managers. He / She collaborates with the sales/demand team, internal production and validation teams, external manufacturers, packagers, and raw material suppliers to achieve the goal of improving our supply chain or introducing new products in different markets. The PMO Managers should have a solid understanding of drug manufacturing / packaging processes and have experience in new product launch, manufacturing site change, API source changes and Process improvement.
