Description

Reporting to the Logistics Manager, the Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the warehouse is organized, well-kept, clean and tidy.

This includes helping maintain and improve our inventory system, as well as helping other members of the team as needed.

The Logistics Coordinator's duties include, but are not limited to, the following:


Duties:


  • Maintaining order and cleanliness in the warehouse and office area as well as ensuring others are doing the same
  • Receiving mail and packages from couriers and sorting them appropriately
  • Tracking, updating and maintaining the inventory system
  • Disassembling computers and other computer hardware and organizing and inventorying parts
  • Cleaning, shopping, general handyman work
  • Taking initiative to improve and/or implement systems to help with efficiency, productivity, and organization
  • Work with and encourage others to maintain a sense of urgency and purpose in their work
  • Coordinating and tracking facility maintenance work and contractors

Requirements:


  • Must have a sense of humor and a positive, get it done attitude
  • Great organizational, problem solving, and planning skills
  • Ability to take initiative and work proactively as well as take direction
  • Multitask and manage multiple projects at different stages on the go without micromanagement
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs
  • Must possess a valid class 5 license
  • Ability to work with a team or independently
  • Knowledge of computer hardware and ability to assemble/disassemble a computer
  • Ability to communicate well with coworkers and report in on what's been done
  • Ability to take constructive criticism and excel with it
  • Forklift training is a bonus as well as any trade skills, 3d printing skills, etc.
