The QETE Operations and Planning section provides a wide range of support to other QETE sections.QETE Operations and Planning is required to develop a central collaboration site using SharePoint as the main interface to access a wide range of tools required to perform its day-to-day operations.
Mandatory SkillsMust have a valid degree from a recognized university in a field related to computer engineering or software development from a Canadian University or Canadian equivalent.
Must have each of the following valid certifications:
Nintex Forms certification, Microsoft SharePoint certification; and IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certification in IT-Service ManagementMust have a minimum of ninety-six (96) months of combined experience in defining and optimizing the architecture for SharePoint solutions.
Must have a minimum of ninety-six (96) months of combined experience in creating and applying designs that maximize the usability of SharePoint solutions.
Must have a minimum of ninety-six (96) months of combined experience in developing, writing and testing code based upon design and requirements documents for SharePoint solutions.

NetVisual StudioThe scope of work of the Contract includes, but is not limited to:The SharePoint Developer professional will be expected to execute the following tasks during this contract, but not limited to:Recommend long-term SharePoint strategies and operational plans for QETE to achieve business goals;Liaise with QETE Senior management for SharePoint's integration into broader strategic goals;Develop and conduct presentations on SharePoint strategies and initiatives;Collaborate with QETE IM/IT management and support team to coordinate SharePoint activities with other IM/IT activities;Organize and conduct SharePoint training for QETE staff; andEnsure quality control of Contractor's team's deliverables.
