Description
Our office is conveniently located downtown Toronto at University Ave and Adelaide St W.Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Office point of contact for leadership, employees, clients, and other external partners
- Assist with internal crosscompany communication
- Manage vendors and office inventory including keeping kitchen and pantry stocked
- Manage office logistics including shipping/handling office equipment
- Greet and welcome guests
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Manage leadership calendars and coordinate meetings
- Assist People Team with recruiting/onboarding activities
- Assist Marketing Team with internal/external communications
- Research and prepare ad hoc reports
'Must Have' Skills/Experience:
- Work experience as an Office Admin/Receptionist, Executive Assistant, or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced MS Office knowledge including Outlook
- Proven timemanagement and organizational skills with an attention to detail
- Professional demeanour and strong customerservice focus
- Discretion and confidentiality
