Nationex is looking for an autonomous and rigorous individual for its Operations Coordinator position.

The tasks you will perform:

Updates and tracks KPIs regarding lost packages, delays and ensures that there are no pending packages or unidentified packages;
Communicates with the drivers on a daily basis regarding the quality of delivery;
Deals with broken packages according to the procedures in place;
Makes changes required by customers (e.g., address, returns, repackaging, etc.);
Manages delivery exception codes;
Scans remaining packages on the floor, manages package traceability and applies the correct exception codes;
Addresses anomalies and problem cases in the dashboard;
Coordinates the communication between the customer service department and quality department using the CRM;
Attends weekly meetings in the operations team and provides information to the drivers regarding the actions to be taken on the dashboard;
Contributes to the improvement of the quality department's procedures;
All other related tasks.

If you have the following qualifications, we want you on our team:

Fluency with computer softwares;
Experience in a warehouse environment (delivery/distribution is an asset);
Ability to lift loads up to 70 pounds;
Interpersonal and communication skills;
Efficient and autonomous.
