What You Will Be Doing
Gather and document business requirements to better understand client's business and scope of work and be able to translate business requirements into data models and platform services
Actively participate in the designing, developing, implementing and administering process
Prototype and refine the implementation based on client feedback
Connect with clients to become a trusted technical advisor while assisting in the end-user and administrator training
Self-starter, self-confident, self-motivated, enthusiastic, and have an ambition to succeed within a
fast paced work environment
Ability to understand and explain related technical issues, and skills related to working and resolving problems in customer accounts.
Provide ongoing support to client on an as needed basis
What You Need for this Position

3+ years of experience working with a Govt. agency in the areas of Child welfare, Behavioral health, Aging, Intellectual disability, Homelessness and Community Services
Effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a constant changing work environment with a great focus to details
Capable to simultaneously work independently and cooperate with a variety of people to achieve results
Customer oriented focus with strong verbal and written communication
Experience with Agile development methodologies
