The EAX team is leading the strategy and implementation of important programmes for EA's community of players to connect them to one another and to the games they love to play.

These programs include:

the EA app, EA Play, our cross-platform subscription, EA's gaming service on PC; and a host of other consumer experiences and strategies to connect friends across platforms and within our games.

In your role as Product Manager, you will lead strategic direction and supporting through feature requirements, and the creation of important user stories to be implemented by our development teams. Also, you'll analyse the performance of our live service features and use this data toward feature iteration, always with an eye on creating a richer player experience across the network for one of our product programmes. You will partner with Product Management, Design, Engineering, and QA to build great products. You will report to the Lead Product Manager.

Responsibilities

Problem identification and solutioning. You quickly understand user needs and help your team to define holistic solutions in a systematic way.
Collaborating. You've demonstrated the ability to partner, collaborate, and engage technical team members to achieve outcomebased success that you've helped define.
Adapting. You have experience with quality, and determine the best approach based on player feedback, data, the competitive landscape, and peer collaboration. You identify challenges and adjust as you go.
Creating. You have experience leading product definition, prioritisation, and guiding the delivery of technically complex product plans.
Technical Literacy. You will collaborate with a very technical team and summarise the technical goals for the team.

Qualifications

Managed complex products and teams in the past
A passion and ability to define goals and metrics for products and growth in your area of focus
Strategic attitude and data driven mindset
Familiar with the gaming industry and current entertainment platforms
Lead a team of partners.
