Opportunity:
As Manager, Sales Enablement in the field of Wealth Management, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales activities of the organization on a national level.
Your primary responsibility will be to assist the sales team in achieving their targets by coordinating various administrative tasks, facilitating communication, and ensuring flawless operations within the sales department.
You will work closely with regional sales managers, financial advisors, and other partners to drive revenue growth and enhance client satisfaction.
Sales Support:
Provide comprehensive support to the sales team by preparing sales presentations, reports, and proposals as required. Assist in the preparation of client meetings and presentations.
Coordination:
Coordinate sales activities and initiatives across multiple regions to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Serve as a central point of contact for sales-related inquiries and information dissemination.
Client Relationship Management:
Assist in maintaining and nurturing client relationships by promptly addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service. Collaborate with the client services team to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Pipeline Management and Reporting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and performance metrics. Use CRM systems and other tools to track sales progress and generate reports for management review.
Training and Development:
Support the onboarding and training of new sales team members by providing guidance on sales processes, product knowledge, and best practices in collaboration with the training teams.
Facilitate (if required) ongoing training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills of the sales team.Market Research:
Obtain market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities for business growth. Provide insights and recommendations to the sales team based on market intelligence.
Administrative Tasks:
Assist in managing administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, organizing travel arrangements, and maintaining inventory of sales materials. Ensure efficient operation of the sales department by handling logístical and administrative responsibilities.
Compliance:
Work with risk, legal and compliance teams to support the field with compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies governing sales activities.
Stay informed about industry regulations and updates, and communicate relevant information to the sales team.Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience in a sales support role, preferably in the financial services or wealth management industry.
- Strong understanding of wealth management products, services, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fastpaced environment. Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to the wealth management industry.
