    Assent is seeking an experienced Senior Data Consultant specializing in Revenue Operations to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a strategic partner and consultant to senior leadership, providing actionable insights and analytics to drive revenue growth and operational excellence across our Go-To Market teams.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate closely with Revenue departments, leveraging advanced data modeling and statistical expertise to address business inquiries and optimize operational workflows.
    • Analyze activities across Customer Success, Professional Services, and Sales to identify opportunities for revenue optimization and process improvement.
    • Implement data governance best practices and system guardrails in partnership with the Data Governance Council to ensure data integrity and compliance.
    • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on predictive models and dashboards for Revenue Leadership and Operations Analysts, empowering them to make data-driven decisions.
    • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in multiple data sources related to revenue data, providing deep insights into market dynamics and industry trends.
    • Manage projects from inception to completion, collaborating with the Core Data Team to enhance analytics capabilities, expand the data catalog, and ensure data quality.
    • Identify and address data gaps in business processes and revenue systems, driving automation and efficiency.
    • Track data trends and provide actionable insights to senior leadership, enabling informed decision-making and driving revenue optimization.
    • Act as a power user for Revenue Ops tools, ensuring consistent utilization and championing best practices across the Go-To Market team.
    • Deliver training on systems and processes, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement within Revenue Operations.
    Qualifications

    • Adept at translating complex business insights into actionable recommendations to drive revenue growth and operational excellence.
    • Experience in a related role with proven success in supporting senior leadership with data analytics solutions.
      • Proficiency in Python or R.
      • Experience with Excel, Sheets, and SQL Server.
