- Directly oversee and lead the Property Finance Assistants
- Maintain staff and clients are provided with accurate and timely financial information
- Work to continuously update and improve internal processes and procedures
- Maintain responsibilities including master bank account listing, centralized reconciliation process, and initiating wire and account transfers
- Prepare documentation of internal procedures related to Property Finance support
- Ad hoc responsibilities as required
- Post-secondary education in Finance, Accounting, or similar
- 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role
- Experience within supervisor, treasury, or banking administration role is preferred
- Strong proven experience with MS Suite and Yardi
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage teams of multiple finance professionals
- Experience with multitasking skills and managing financial activities for multiple units or properties
- Successful hire is contingent upon a background check
