- Participates in cost allocation
- Completes surveys
- Provides administrative support:
- Supports various committees
- Maintains departmental sites
- Distributes documentation
- Performs other assigned duties
- Completed one-year post-secondary education with a minimum of three years' related work experience
- Highly developed English language competencies
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively
- Good working knowledge of College policies and office procedures
- Working knowledge of database management systems
