    CHANGE MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST - ERP SOFTWARE


    Six S Partners provides clients with high quality Epicor implementations, application customizations, management consulting and a variety of technical infrastructure services.

    As a Six S Partner Change Management Specialist, reporting to the Project Management Office, you will assist Project Managers with change management activities, meetings, and reporting.


    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities.
    • Apply the Frank change management tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.
    • Support the design, development, delivery, and management of communications using the Frank templates.
    • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.
    • Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs.
    • Complete change management assessments.
    • Identify, analyze, and prepare risk mitigation strategies.
    • Identify and manage anticipated resistance.
    • Consult and coach client project teams.
    • Support Change Leads and Change Sponsors.
    • Integrate change management activities into project plan.
    • Evaluate and ensure user readiness.
    • Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress.
    • Support change management at the organizational level.

    Qualifications and Requirements:

    • A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process (ie. ADKAR, PCT).
    • Strong communication skills (both oral and written), team player, ability to work independently, good organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills to interface with a variety of stakeholders both inside and outside the company
    • Ability to prioritize tasks, especially in situations with competing requirements.
    • Professional integrity, reliability, and discretion
    • Understands and applies the Trusted Advisor mindset in the execution of responsibilities.
    • Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.

    Location:
    Hybrid – Waterloo Office/Home Office (3 days at Waterloo office/2 days remote)
