The Opportunity
- Achieving agreed upon sales goals and increasing share of market for our Aftermarket Parts product lines and Carrier, Bryant and Payne Residential and Commercial Equipment
- Seeking new customers and dealers to complement and grow territory coverage
- Building strong client relationships and providing dedicated customer service
- Actively expanding new channels of business and supporting retail initiatives
- Introducing new and potential customers/dealers to WWG/Totaline and Carrier Enterprise
- Providing quotes to customers and feedback market feedback to the organization
- Keeping customers aware of product availability and the status of their orders
- Providing product information to customers
- Assisting the credit department in the collection of outstanding debts and the resolution of disputes with customers
- Backup support to the Counter team as required
- Provide weekly sales reports
- Participate in the afterhours call out service provided to our customers
- Arrange and support customer training with vendor support
What You Offer
- Minimum three to five years of HVAC/R sales experience
- Postsecondary education in HVAC
- Organized, independent and persistent individual who has a strong desire to sell and succeed
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service oriented
- Computer literate
- Refrigeration skills and knowledge
- Proven negotiation, sales and leadership abilities
