    Au nom de notre client dans le secteur bancaire, PROCOM recherche un commis comptable.

    Commis comptable - Description du poste
    Le commis comptable fournira un service de soutien spécialisé dans les fonctions comptables ou technologiques
    Le rôle comprend le traitement des transactions, la réponse aux demandes internes et externes, et la participation aux activités d'audit et de réconciliation
    Le candidat veillera à la conformité avec les normes bancaires et réglementaires et participera aux initiatives d'amélioration continue au sein de l'équipe
    Le candidat sera impliqué dans des projets liés à la mise en œuvre de nouveaux produits, services ou processus révisés au sein du département comptable
    Traiter les transactions, les activités d'audit/réconciliation et résoudre les écarts.
    Enregistrer et vérifier les données pour un traitement ultérieur.
    Examiner les transactions pour la conformité avec les exigences réglementaires et de la Banque.
    Communiquer avec les parties internes et externes pour résoudre les demandes.
    Participer à l'amélioration des processus commerciaux et à la mise en œuvre et aux tests de projets
    Commis comptable - Compétences obligatoires
    1 à 2 ans d'expérience
    Connaissance des applications standard de bureau utilisées par l'unité commerciale
    Connaissance spécialisée de base en comptabilité
    Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches dans un environnement au rythme rapide
    Diplôme d'études secondaires ou combinaison équivalente d'éducation et d'expérience
    Commis comptable - Compétences préférées
    Expérience précédente dans un rôle de commis comptable ou similaire
    Commis comptable - Date de début de l'affectation

    The Accounting Clerk will provide specialized support service in accounting functions or technology
    The role includes processing transactions, addressing internal and external inquiries, and engaging in audit and reconciliation activities
    The candidate will ensure compliance with bank and regulatory standards and participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the team
    The candidate will be involved in projects related to the implementation of new or revised products, services, or processes within the accounting department
    Process transactions, audit/reconciliation activities, and resolve discrepancies
    Record and verify data for further handling
    Review transactions for compliance with regulatory and Bank requirements
    Communicate with internal and external parties to resolve inquiries
    Participate in business process improvements and project testing and implementation
    Accounting Clerk - Mandatory Skills
    1 - 2 years' experience
    Knowledge of standard desktop applications used by the business unit
    Basic specialized knowledge in accounting
    Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
    High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
    Accounting Clerk - Preferred Skills
    Previous experience in an accounting clerk role or similar
