Our Auto Physical Damage department is rapidly expanding, and we're looking for an innovative individual who will lead the creation, implementation, and execution of a file review program as our
Lead Performance Analyst, Auto Physical Damage Claims.
The qualitative and quantitative metrics that are obtained will be provided to the CPM to identify areas of improvement, innovation, and process accountability.
You will play an integral role in the learning and development program in the Auto Physical Damage claims function by providing insights and supporting training programs based on feedback from key stakeholders.
What You'll Do:
- Conduct thorough audits of claims processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Analyze audit outcomes to identify improvement areas and collaborate with the CPM to implement audit recommendations and refine processes.
- Evaluate performance metrics of the APD unit, identifying trends and discrepancies, and working with managers to develop and implement performance improvements strategies.
- Develop and oversee a suite of performance metrics for APD operations, using these metrics for forecasting trends & guiding strategic decisions.
- Offer datadriven performance coaching to claims adjusters.
- Actively influence supervisors to embrace new work methodologies by showcasing the benefits of new tools and processes.
What You'll Need:
- 5+ years of Claims line experience in Auto Physical Damage.
- 23 years minimum of experience working as a Supervisor.
- CIP Designation preferred.
- ICAR Platinum certification preferred.
- Experience in audit, risk management, regulatory compliance, processes & controls.
- Strong understanding of business operations and internal policies/procedures.
- Experience as a claims leader is an asset.
- Experience with stakeholder management is an asset.
