Your responsibilities as a HR Administrator include the following and probably a few more:

Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, checking references and facilitating the onboarding of new employees
Assist with IT related problems as they arise
Prepare and maintain HR documents such as employment contracts, offer letters and HR policies
Health and Safety administration
Arrange travel including flight, hotel and car rentals
Event coordination and planning
Stay informed about changes in labour laws and regulations
Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, directing them to the appropriate channels for resolution

REQUIREMENTS:

Proven experience in an HR administrative role
Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office
Experience with ERP system (will train)
Strong communication and documentation skills
Exceptional time management skills.

Salary:
$50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
