- Coordinating the preparing of permits, construction documentation, budgets, and technical plans to ensure compliance with project requirements and specifications.
- Managing Request for Information (RFI) and Submittals. Determining project and trade scopes, and preparing Pre-Construction schedules.
- Liaising with related parties including site teams and external vendors, to provide information and project timeline updates when necessary.
- Monitoring day-to-day operations to ensure projects are carried out accordingly to standard processes and procedures.
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with municipal staff and trades.
- Assisting in the coordination and preparation of project documents, tender invites, purchase orders, site instructions, trade and supplier information and consulting or engineering companies, and reviewing interior home selections, unit specifications and upgrade pricing.

- Degree/Diploma in Architectural & Building Technology, Project Management, or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of single-family homebuilding construction or project coordination experience.
- Valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Satisfactory verification of criminal record check.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, Teams and PowerPoint).
- Proficiency in NewStar or Bluebeam would be considered a strong asset.
