    The assistant general manager at La plume will assist GM in day-to-day operations including Floor management Scheduling Team Leadership Actively leading Daily Restaurant Operations Supporting Staff through training coaching Performance Management initiatives Building strong relationships with guests team members vendors senior leadership Oversee scheduling payroll accuracy budgeting inventory invoicing precision Ensure venue spotless well-maintained operating highest standard Support marketing efforts contribute guest outreach promotional strategies Participate Health & safety initiatives full compliance WHMIS company policies Contribute planning execution private events special functions Other duties required p/h4 QUALIFICATIONS /h4
