Your Role on our Team:

The cleaner is responsible for contributing to best in class customer experience by maintaining the cleanliness of all buildings and common areas.


In this role, you will:


  • Cleans all common areas including grounds, garages, lobbies, corridors, elevators, washrooms, garbage chutes, laundry rooms and media rooms;
  • Dusts and cleans all glass, windows and mirrors within common areas;
  • Maintains all flooring surfaces, including vacuuming, moping and sweeping surface flooring;
  • Reports any deficiencies such as tripping hazards; resolving immediately where possible;
  • Inspects all common area light bulbs, fixtures and signage daily and notify office;
  • Assist with garbage bins, clean outdoor garbage enclosures;
  • Perform all facets of the job in accordance with the legislation applicable to the jurisdiction, including: Health and Safety standards, WHMIS, AODA, PIPEDA and Human Rights; All other duties within the spirit, scope and purpose of the role, as requested by Management

We would like you to have:

  • High School Diploma required.
  • Some experience in a service industry is an asset. Previous cleaning experience is highly desirable.
  • Attention to detail
  • Basic Communication skills (listening, verbal)
  • Service Oriented, Courteous
  • Good Judgment Ability to lift 50 pounds
