The Exciting Position:


Reporting to the Technical Director, the Technician, will be responsible for Technical, Service and delivery, technical services calls, maintenance, demos and logistics to ensure that all our professional (delivery and maintenance) expectations are met while providing excellent end user support in the most efficient manner possible.

Position Tasks and Responsibilities:


  • Provides technical assistance to the technical director, clients, and team members.
  • Assists in ensuring technical department compliance with QA requirements.
  • Assists in the implementation of the Regular Maintenance Program.
  • Attends technical service calls as requested.
  • Liaise with interdepartmental team on any technical requirements they may have.
  • Technical Service Calls (repairs and maintenance)
  • Equipment and Delivery & Set up
  • Equipment Return
  • Assist with demonstrations and events

Qualifications and Skills:

We are looking for an individual who is strategic, proactive, energetic and has relevant experience as a Technical Service manager.

Required Education & Experience:


  • College Diploma in Electronics (Nice to have)
  • Minimum of 35 years of Technical/Technician experience
  • Basic Technical Skills assemble & disassemble equipment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong decisionmaking and problemsolving skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Lift 50kgs (110lbs)
