Position Summary

Accountable to:
Director of Sales


Department Oversight:
None


Internal Relationships:
Relates directly with sales staff, Director of Development.


External Relationships:
Buyers, Realtors.


Role Objectives & Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Receptionist to assist the sales team for our upcoming high-rise project.

As a presentation center receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our presentation center.

Within this position, you will have the opportunity to take on a variety of duties.

Areas of responsibility include but are not limited to:


  • Greet buyers and Realtors with a smile and shared excitement for their home purchase.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for sales staff.
  • Assist with the preparation of marketing materials and presale packages.
  • Ensure the presale office is always clean and presentable.
  • Assist with setup and take down of directional signs and balloons at the presentation center.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team.
  • Data entry on Microsoft Excel, Word, Lasso and other CRM software.
  • Tracking and order supplies and materials
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about the presale property, location, and amenities.
  • Assist with presale events and promotional activities as needed.

Qualifications

  • Enthusiastic and versatile, willing to take on responsibility.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Must demonstrate initiative, professionalism and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive, professional, personable attitude
  • Mature and able to handle confidential information.
  • High School diploma or equivalent require; college degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in real estate, customer service or administrative support preferred.
  • Good problemsolving skills, time management skills and organizational capabilities
  • Maintains keen attention to detail and process in fast pace environment.
  • Willing to participate in a criminal record check.
  • Second language is considered an asset.
