Primary Responsibilities
Reporting to the Logistics Supervisor, the Customer Service Specialist is responsible for receiving calls and booking trips accurately and efficiently for our non emergency Patient Transfer Division.
Requirements:
- Must be able to read and communicate in English effectively
- High School Diploma or Equivalent; Emergency Telecommunications Graduate preferred
- 12 years of Logistics or call centre experience
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent problemsolving skills
- Must have the ability to multitask and shift priorities as needed
- Proficiency in Microsoft programs such as Outlook, Work and Excel
SHIFT: Afternoons, Evenings, Weekends
