If you answered yes, this might be the career for you Heritage Office Furnishings is looking for a Service Coordinator to support the growth and operation of our organization.

This is a full-time position working in office with the potential of Hybrid after 3 months, 1-2 days per week.


Core Responsibilities:

  • Communicate service action to customer promptly and professionally
  • Create work orders in system on day of receipt
  • Improve invoice cycle by collecting and processing completed work orders on a daily basis
  • Assist customers directly with parts requests and product knowledge
  • Prepare service estimates daily and manage status of open estimates
  • Maintain a working schedule for all Service Technicians

Qualifications:

  • Some College/University preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
  • Knowledge of an ERP system is an asset
  • 1 year of Customer Service experience and 1 year of experience in an office setting
  • Excellent communication skills both spoken and written
  • Quick thinker, problem solver and performs effectively in a fastpaced environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Extremely organized and a multitasker
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and work well under pressure

Pay:
$48,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
