We are looking for an experienced Shop Labourer to work within Flynn Ottawa's production facility.

A Day in the Life
Assembling aluminium windows.
Crating of fabricating materials.
Installation of glass into frames.
Perform inspections on finished products to ensure products produced meet quality standards
Work with a team of individuals to build products that help build North American skylines
Assist with managing work in progress and arrange/maintain shop production schedule
Ensure work areas stay clean, orderly and free of hazards
Provide training to more junior level, less experienced workers
What We Are Seeking
Minimum 5 years' of shop or field/installation experience relating to glazing
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Qualitydriven individual who has a good sense of planning
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Mechanically inclined and a problem solver
Experience with installing glass an asset
Ability to work quickly and efficiently
Team player with a proactive, safetyoriented mindset
